What You will need: Hemp seeds, water, honey. Optional: Cacao powder, salt. Blender. Nut-Mylk strainer bag (optional). Your ratio will be about 2 T hemp seeds to 1 cup water.
The method: A) put hemp seeds in blender with enough water to cover. Blend into puree. Add more water to desired thickness and pour through strainer if you’re using one. If not (and you don't have to with hemp seeds), just add your honey and whatever else, blend until nice.
Hemp seeds are the best source of essential fatty acids in the perfect ratio for humans, so feed this to your kids! You can use this method with any nut—be sure to use raw nuts, pre-soaked & rinsed is always smart especially with Almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews, or any nut or seed that may contain enzyme inhibitors.
